"These guys will take advantage of you! Went in for a leaking tire repair. They told me it wasn’t fixable and that I had cracks in my sidewalls they suggested I replace all my tires. These are Michelin only 18 months old with about 15,000 miles. I took it across the street and they fixed my tire and told me that my tires were fine."

"Don't expect them to stand behind their work. They did a repair on our vehicle and the part was faulty. They couldn't diagnose the codes and when I had to have the same part replaced again (at my expense) they refused to warrant the installation. Anything other than an alignment or tire install, go to someone with understanding of trouble shooting. Found the desk person to be very condescending and not helpful. Thankfully manager finally tried to smooth it over."

"What a place. They always take good care of their customers and give advice I can trust, rather than what makes the most money. They take the time to explain which tires will do the intended job and the various price points. If something costs more, they explain why and what the compromises might be to lower cost of needed. Sometimes their pretty busy, but it's no wonder, given how they take care of folks. I highly recommend."
