"Did an overnight drop off tire change appt. Justin was very helpful setting it up. Prompt and professional at both drop off and pick up. Carson was super friendly and helpful loading our take offs that we were keeping. All in all a good experience."

"Purchased tires online and tires were delivered to warehouse in about 4 days from time of purchase. Appointment website was booking out until mid-December (about a month away). Inquired about appts in person, was able to get in in about a week. Definitely call the store directly or show up in person! This was during peak fall/winter tire swap season. Got to appt on time, checked in. It took about 1.5 hrs to get 4 tires swapped out so not unusual. I did my usual shopping and waited in the food court area. Service was prompt, kind, and courteous. They did leave my old tires in the car when I paid for a tire disposal fee. However, I'll just sell them on fb marketplace and get my money back anyways. Will definitely deal with again!"

"We've taken both our vehicles in for new tires in the past few months. It was our first time at Costco tires. They were quick and a lot more affordable than our previous tire store. They also offer free tire rotations, which was always one of the reasons we stayed with our previous place before. Hindsight!"

"I've purchased 3 sets of tires from these guys. Both times we were handled professionally. Where they really shine is 2 times we've had an issue with tires getting damaged and bringing it in. They worked hard to make sure it was covered by warranty and came out paying very little for the replacement. I feel more and more companies work harder and explaining why a service or product is not covered under warranty but this not this company. Highly recommend."

"I bought 4 new wheels and had them installed by the team here, and ended up with a destroyed brake rotor and hub assembly because they broke a single wheel stud, left the broken part in my wheel and had me drive off to "the nearest auto shop." I asked the costco tire manager if the car was driveable and he said "yes" - so I slowly drove over to Firestone next door. The second I left, the stud fell out into my wheel and by the time I stopped at Firestone it had grinded my brake rotor to hell. I've paid $600+ so far to repair the damage done by this one stud which costco could have removed in 2 minutes before having me drive off, or at least WARNING me not to drive off without personally finding a mechanic to take the broken stud out before driving in order to avoid the risk. Thank goodness I didn't go on the highway! It's completely irresponsible and dangerous to have told me the car was drivable. The immense dollar cost of fixing this screw up aside, that broken stud easily fell out and led to so much damage at low speeds, at high speeds it may have prevented me from braking and led to seriously deadly consequences. And for what? That broken stud could have been removed in 2 min by anyone with a wrench and all this could have been avoided."
