"Love the fact that I wasn't made to feel like an idiot or put down for being ignorant when it comes to mechanics. They showed me exactly what and where my problem was, and by the end, I had better comprehension of my vehicle. Thanks so much for your time and care it shows!!!!"
"The attitude and expertise is obvious as soon as you enter the building! Mark snd Jerry are professional, friendly and willing to help with any dilemma! I will always make this my tire shop!"
"I normally have a good experience with Tireramma and have used them for all my tire needs, but this last experience was bad. I was told I could drop off my car after-hours to get the snow tires put on the next day. They did not take my name so I figured they had a lot of time and openings. When I called the next day around 5pm to pay my bill the woman mentioned that I wasn’t on the list and would have to come back a different day. She didn’t even bother calling me to let me know at any point I. The morning or day. So, I scheduled another appointment and dropped the car off after hours again with clear instructions to call when it was done so that I could pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle after hours that night. Additionally, a plan was made to lock the key in the car. And change the oil. I received one call with a message 5 minutes before the shop closed saying that I didn’t pick up the vehicle and they were getting ready to lock it in the garage for the night. When I called back 10 minutes later there was no answer and I was unable to get my vehicle for another day. I live out of town so the lack of communication and professionalism caused a lot of trouble. I know they can do better but the front desk staff left plenty to be desired."
"We were driving across the country pulling a trailer - kept noticing it losing air. When other shops said “not today” or said we would wait several hours, Tire Rama said they could help within an hour and they held to that! $26 and 45 minutes later, we had a patched tire and a safe drive rest of way! Super great service and staff too."
"I am utterly appalled and deeply disheartened by the appalling treatment I received from the men working in the sales area at that shop. My family and I found ourselves in a dangerous situation when my SUV lost a tire on the highway, and instead of being met with empathy and support, we were met with absolute rudeness and disdain. From the moment I called for help while standing on the side of the highway, the man on the other end of the line made it abundantly clear that he saw me as an inconvenience rather than a customer in need. Every single interaction with those two men was filled with aggression and condescension, leaving me feeling belittled and uncomfortable. Even when I finally picked up my car, the hostility did not subside. The guy named Mark had the audacity to blame me for a window problem that was clearly not my doing. Thankfully, Todd, the only ray of decency in that establishment, came to the rescue and fixed the issue without any of Mark's infuriating excuses. Honestly Todd should get a raise. He actually knew how to speak to me and my husband. This whole ordeal has left me shaken and outraged. I cannot fathom how a business that I brought over $1,000 in sales to could treat me so disgracefully. It is evident that they lack any semblance of customer service training, and their behavior is utterly unacceptable. I cannot stress enough the importance of customer service and the impact it can have on a business. As someone who has owned a franchise for 15 years, I know how crucial it is to treat customers with respect and gratitude. A simple smile and a polite demeanor can go a long way in making someone feel valued. The fact that these individuals, especially the ones supposedly leading the store, are allowed to behave in such a rude and offensive manner is beyond comprehension. I vow never to give them my business again, and I will make it my mission to warn everyone I know to avoid this store at all costs. I implore the company to take immediate action and provide proper training to their employees on how to treat customers with dignity and respect. If they don't address this issue promptly, their reputation will continue to suffer, and they will lose countless customers like myself who expect nothing more than basic human decency when seeking their services."
