However, I will not likely return because the wash, which is included in the price of the oil change, was piss-poor. When one aspect of service is careless, it makes me question the quality of the rest. Chances are, one young person on the crew needs some training."

They need to be careful, on my receipt it says they checked the filter but I drive a car that I know for a fact that they can’t check the filters under the turbos! I understand you’re not able to check everything on a unique car, just don’t lie that you did! Also I already paid for the quarts of synthetic why is there a $20 fee for “synthetic oil charge”?!?! $150 oil change I expected more from them."
