"Solid experience most of the time. I had made an appointment for an alignment and some TPMS work that was booked for about a week out. Once my appointment day came I went in at 10am, and they didn’t know anything about the appointment I had made, apparently they were not told about it in the first place even though I made the appointment about a week before hand. So now I have to potentially wait a total of 6-7hrs for an alignment and a tpms sensor replacement. Which should only take 2hrs tops. Not ideal."

"I really wish I could leave a no star or even a negative 5 start review!! Took them forever to get tires on our car and didn’t even return all of our dust cover on all our tires, they’ve discarded after a month of having it, and after the front passenger tire blew out on us down in Missoula they offered to repair it for free but once I got to the shop and they inspected the tire they told me it was going to be $20, gave them my last $20 and now my steering wheel is shaking and car pulls to the right!!!! Can NOT do highway speeds, thank god my kids weren’t in the car with me!!"

"When I had my winter tires installed this year. A technician damaged 3 of my brand new wheel caps I purchased from Amazon. When brought to store manager, Josh's, attention he said he would glue it. Nope! I wanted it replaced. He proceeded to tell me that he was not doing this every time I bring my Kia in. Further told me that I would have to bring my car in with the center caps removed. I've had nothing but excellent service there until Josh ruined it for me. A customer should never be treated that way! Rude, unprofessional! Even went as far a making a complaint with corporate office. Never heard a word. Bad business folks! Be kind to your customers, TRAIN your staff in the proper removal of wheel center caps and there should be no issues! I understand people have bad days but never, never take it out on a customer guys!"
