"Tried to charge us 2,500 for a $1200 repair. Used these guys in the past when they were still duford tire but from now on I will be paying our family friend for mechanical work. Also multiple women I know who brought their vehicles here were quoted at a ridiculous price. Find yourself a good under the table mechanic and save yourself some money because these shops are out here scamming people who aren't mechanically inclined."

"Duford mechanics are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had them work on suspension issues with my Mercedes. My Mercedes sat there for almost 2 months while they worked on everyone else's vehicle. I am unhappy about that. I know working on a Mercedes is a pain, and I was so grateful they were willing to do the work but the two month wait was soooo long. They also allowed me to purchase my own parts (no warranty from them on this but the cost of the labor alone was estimated about $1,000 so again very grateful). When the work was finally completed, most of the parts I was told to purchase were not used and I paid almost $900 in labor. The driver side was clanging immediately on pick up to direct drive home. I picked up after hours on a Friday and called the beginning of the following week. The mechanic said that it was the upper mount on the strut making a small noise because it was sensitive to not being aligned just perfectly but reassured me everything was tight and functioning well. I did not drive my Mercedes opting to park it and later took it to G&M who found the issue - the upper control arm had a bolt sticking out about 1/4 of an inch - wasn't properly tightened down. They video recorded the diagnosis. I'm glad I just parked it instead of driving it. Needless-to-say, I'm disappointed with the length of time it took for them to work on my vehicle, not completing all the work they asked for parts for, them blowing me off when I notified them of an issue. They are pleasant and knowledgeable but I do not feel like they value my patronage. They are plenty busy so I'm of little concern."
