I came in to have a tire replaced and the guy working was cussing and throwing equipment everywhere, then he put a hole in the sidewall of my tire and said it was junk, there was no hole in my tire to begin with. When I called back to talk with someone about it, he took the phone and started yelling and screaming and cussing at me again and threatened me with physical violence. "Having just entered Montana on I-90, we heard a clunk.. and knew it was our transmission, we were able to hobble into the first rest stop... which happened to have a working payphone, and called AAA ... Told us it could be up to a 2 hour wait, but we were just glad that help was on it's way ... Within 90 minutes Schober's Towing showed up.... loaded our vehicle, and proceeded to take us to a Transmission shop in Missoula. Not knowing any repair shops in Missoula, we relied on their knowledge and help. Schober's even called the repair shop, Jerry's Transmission, to let them know we were on our way, and would most likely arrive after the shop closed. This way we were able to share with Jerry's the information about vehicle, warranty, and phone numbers of our home mechanic. With total trust in Schober's, they dropped us off at a motel, we also booked in the back of their tow bench tow truck... and then took our PT Cruiser to the shop. With total trust ...not only because they were AAA but good people, too... Thank you so much for being there for us.. the first day of our vacation.... Thank you for your positive attitude, your friendly kindness... Thank you .... We are now home safe and sound......."
