"Great experience, easy to work with insurance, they had good communication, and the vehicle was fixed, same day of being brought in. In addition, the repair is really good, you would never know the area was dented by a tweaker breaking into my car. They did a great job fixing everything. My only complaint, and this is a complaint of most services in the valley, is that they are at minimum 3 to 4 months out to get things fixed. I did learn that if you have something that they can remove, it can be fit in during their missed appointments and down time and fixed in 3 to 5 weeks like a tailgate for example. Overall I’m happy with the experience."

Once it was time for my actual service appointment, they were easy to communicate with, more than helpful, and made sure that I had a rental and transportation to and from the rental company. "Collision Craft was AWESOME. Had a deer run into the rear door of my Honda on Hwy 93. CC is the only Honda Certified repair shop in the area (the other in Missoula didn't call me back for 7 days). The work, the service, Mark specifically was great! Yes there is a delay and wait because the shop is very busy. BUT, they are amazing and do great work! HIGHLY recommend."
