"So. Got a long one here but it's at the very least comprehensive and I'll do my best. I highly recommend these folks based off of the service I was given. The technicians, the ladies on the phones and desks, the owner - everyone loves their work, or at the very least puts so much effort into it they talk, act, and their results show that they do. I'm not sure how prices are for other shops or if I got a deal, but I left my car with them for a number of weeks and told them no rush and yet they still somehow managed to do such extensive work in such a short time. As attached, my car when I first slammed hard into a pothole and ended up having the front bumper ripped clean off, and a family member backing their car up into mine full force (hitting the gas instead of the brake), and then an after with an aftermarket bumper I supplied. I had supplied the bumper and installed it before they worked on it. The bumper that I had bought is a flexible style of plastic that is meant for lower cars like mine. It's meant to actually flex and somewhat compress and stretch as needed for those driveways and bumps. Somehow, some way, he spent such meticulous time preparing it, cleaning it, cleaning it, cleaning it, preparing it - he told me what he did that sounds like it took him hours and hours but looking at the bill? I almost about died because of how surprisingly cheap it was for all that they did. They not only chipped down all the bondo from previous repairs down to straight metal and then did an absolute ton of work pulling them back to get it all to perfect spec, repainted both quarters, painted the bumper with special paint (that I'm not even really sure they charged me that much for), searched and searched for the cheapest best fitting replacement part for the outer A pillar, and so much more - they did all of that while keeping me well informed, put up with my bad jokes and quips and bugging them even when I said to take their time, and having phenomenal customer service and at an insanely excellent price, especially with how much paint costs and how valuable their time is and their expertise. I don't really know if their rates are better than others or worse. I don't honestly really think I'll ever truly know for the fact that I'm probably just going to keep coming back to here and not really use anywhere else. But no matter if it's lower or higher, it is my belief from somehow who doesn't even make a whole lot that their worth is far more than what they charge. I can only speak from my experience, but my experience says that they are phenomenal. They are amazing workers, detailers, customer service representatives, and more all wrapped in one beautiful and amazing little shop. Almost makes me wish there was more I had to have done just so I could go back! But don't worry, Integreity, there'll be something more to do knowing me. I'll see you soon! :P"

"Although there was some misunderstanding, and miscommunication on my part, overall I am very pleased with the outcome. Corbin was very thorough with explaining to me all the repairs that had been done. I am a single mother, and never had to deal with anything like this in my life.
