"Had an appointment 8:30 on Fri., Sept 1. Arrived at Baldy Tire and 8:15 a.m. and waited until 8:30 when they opened. We gave the keys to the gentleman who opened the stores was told it would be two hours. At 11:05 we received a call from Baldy Tire saying they had gotten behind and our truck would be next in line. Went back to Baldy Tire at 12:30:and our truck hadn’t moved from where we parked it at 8:30. After waiting 4 hours we got the keys and returned to St. Regis and will not go back to Baldy Tire."
