"The shop has little to be desired and is extremely messy with ridiculous prices. Though this is what ud expect from a small gun shop, u would also at least expect good costumer service witch is the complete opposite here. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant and will always act like he's bothered to just have to speak to you. He seems to have quite an ego that makes it hard to even consider buying something from him. He is also notorious for ripping people in this community off rather it be not doing the service he was paid for or price gauging things to those who don't know any better. There are much better places to go with better service especially online"

"Can’t speak for the owner because I don’t know who it is. But the two employees that were there when I went in were awful. Too busy on their phones to even acknowledge my presence (other than a distasteful glance upward). When I asked to see the .480 they had they didn’t even look up. They were engaged in their own little conversation about a missed call one of them had. Mind you, I was the only customer in the shop. First and last time I’ll go there."

"Sent them a rifle for repair via Remington, for the trigger recall and a broken extractor. Was returned to me and neither was fixed. The box arrived with 0 paperwork stating what was done. I called them and requested more information which they responded they had done the work. I asked them to email the proof to me and they could not, because they don't have email, and could not snail mail it. Gun was not repaired!"
