"It's ALWAYS so much fun for the kids to visit here. It's entertaining for me also as an adult just looking at everything they have because it's so different than other kid's stores around. We never have any problems here except for the kids wanting EVERYTHING. we always leave Five Below smiling."
"Good inventory, well stocked but the cashier's need to find another job or at least act like you when want to be there, not helpful at all and super uninformed in their job. Had a gift certificate that the cashier apparently didn't know how to use and actually asked, can't you just pay with another card or cash?..... No, we're there to spend the gift certificate. Customer service sucks at this store. And they dinner make you feel very welcome there."
"This place is pretty amazing I was kind of skeptical cuz I thought it was just another weird store with a weird name. But I was pleasantly surprised that they had brand name things for a cheap price kind of feels like an upgraded version of the dollar store and we found old school Hispanic Coke and I thought you could find this at harmons or Smith's or even the ranchero market but five below had it and it was a nice pleasant surprise."
"Some items were $5 but most were over that. Also snacks should be looked at closely as I found a lot were past their expiration dates."
"Today I went to get some birthday decorations for my sister. When we got home to put them up they smelt like fish and stunk up the whole house. I normally love five below and what great cheap things they have to offer, but they stunk so bad and it makes me never want to go back."
