"EVERYONE!!! Please please read this review!! Southwest management is not going to take care of you! They have done my experience with taxes a hundred times more difficult than it should have!! I left the review down with the best intentions but after that review so many things have happened that makes me want to come here and warn you. So many mistakes in the filing return, made us come to their office at least 3 times to fix them, and didn’t send our taxes until the day-of the deadline… we were calling for 2 weeks for them to send our taxes and kept putting them off. So, if you can go and have someone else to do your taxes DO IT!! They are amazingly good at doing everything clear and straight to the point. Very nice, kind and good people here.
