"Quite unimpressed by their Partner Nick Buonocore. He can't be reached. Took at least 3 days to reply. We get zero attention. (We are his paying customer of over $2grand for 1.5 years) and he just ran the numbers and charge like a CPA who gives a worldly advice to small business owners. The accountant Nicole is pretty great though. She's fast and reliable: still very very expensive for just reconciling and uploading bank statements to quickbooks."
