I had been doing the taxes with Joel Guerrero and we had bad experiences, we had an audit for incorrect filling out until everything was clarified with the IRS and they gave them to us. And now the 2019 taxes do not know anything that happened. However, for 2020 we went with Noris and Wow! In a week I received my money. Very efficient!!"

"The worse service you will EVER receive. I set up an appointment a week before, I take the day off of work and when I show up to my appointment they say Noris is not working and they pretend that my appointment wasn’t in their system. I called twice throughout the week to confirm. Extremely unorganized and disrespectful. No one cared or apologized. If you’re looking for stress and incompetence this is the place for you. I won’t ever be made a fool with these people again."

"Terrible. This lady is not a tax expert. No bien. This lady submits false tax returns knowingly to the IRS: Noris did my wife's tax return, we received a letter from the IRS owing $3,500. My wife does not speak English, Ms. Norris tried to blame the problem on my wife. Many Hispanic people trust this woman, do not trust her unless you want to get into trouble with the IRS. Stay away! No bien!"
