"ROBBED: They charged me for everything. Paid them a lot of money and ended up still having to do things myself. They will charge you for phone calls, emails, looking at your files, anything they can, and will charge a lot. The taxes themselves were ok, Robert himself is pretty nice. But as a whole I gotta say I feel swindled and robbed. To clarify: When we were billed extra by the IRS and I asked them to fix it they billed me 3 times to look at my file, email me, and OFFER to fix it--which I still would have had to pay for. Would have been cheaper to just pay the IRS then have these folks rob me. If you know it will cost more for your services to take care of an issue than the issue itself and you don't even tell the person you are charging them for your time WHEN THEY ASK!? That is bad business. Never again will I trust these people."
