"GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The only reason I knew my taxes weren’t filed was because I hadn’t received my return and reached out to my tax pro, twice. Over a month after the deadline. Apparently their software wasn’t working to sign to finalize docs and no one notified me. I’ve been to 4 H&R Block’s today trying to sign in person to see that it gets handled and they’re all closed despite the sign saying they have operating hours today. Extremely frustrating experience, do not recommend."
"I’ve been filing with H&R Block for 6 years now. This is the first year I’m having issues, first time receiving a letter from the IRS and the first time my taxes have been delayed this late. Emalee allison is the worst tax professional here, very unorganized. I will be going back to my original professional margaret. I still have not gotten my tax documents online and I still have not received my refund."
