"Absolutely horrendous service! Should be turned into the BBB. If you are a new client don’t even think about it. There is no follow up, no follow through. Reed prepared our documents incorrectly. We got a letter in January from the IRS that a form was left out. Reed has had minimal contact with us when questioning the status of resolution. He used the excuse he was waiting on the IRS. When I FINALLY got ahold of someone at the front desk they were informed that he was waiting on which form was needed though the letter clearly stated exactly what was needed. He said we needed to submit the 1095-X form which only we had access to…interesting since he supposedly didn’t know which form. Yet again, WRONG! That was not the form that was requested on the letter. Finally after realizing this company doesn’t give AF about us paying the IRS or any other repercussions from his action or rather inactions. I decided to take care of this myself. I went through the form needed and combed the internet carefully to figure it all out. Come to find out even his calculations for that credit were wrong. Save your self from anger, stress and heartache. Go somewhere else. This is hands down the worst company I have even dealt with across ALL industries. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, carelessness, laziness and poor customer service in my whole life. The 16 year olds at McDonalds are doing better than these guys!"

My parents and one of my siblings each owned a business and after Dale West started preparing their tax returns and following his suggestions they were able to save much more in taxes paid due to Dale West's superior knowledge of Federal and State Tax Laws. Dale's idea of an enjoyable read is studying Tax Codes. No one is better. He is straight up honest, no gray areas in his suggested deductions, credits and tax saving advice.. "We usually do our own taxes, but decided to have professionals do our returns with the recent tax changes. We were NOT happy with the service West & West gave us. It took over 3 months to get our tax returns submitted and our returns are not complicated. We had to send our returns and also that of our daughter, back for revisions multiple times. They would send them back with the same mistakes not corrected. It took 4 times of sending and resending the W2 info before they finally got it correct on our daughter's return and she is just a college student with part time jobs. They would go weeks before they replied and wouldn't even answer the questions I asked. We proofed our returns meticulously since we couldn't count on them to do them correctly. Oh, and even the invoice for their service was wrong and higher than we were quoted. Beware of using this company. We will look elsewhere for tax help in the future."
