"Avoid this clinic if at all possible. Staff is rude. I came in after a work injury. The clinic is short staffed so the wait time is long. Staff is unfriendly. Instead of introducing themselves and their role, something like: "Hi. My name is so and so and I am the MA taking care of you today," they scold you for having your earbuds in. They don't communicate at all with you during the appointment and you don't know what is going on. And when you ask questions, they scold you (again), saying things like "well, your employer should have told you that." Then she went on to delay my appointment because I emptied my bladder (when I asked before hand if I could), and then gives me the stare of death even as I'm telling her that I am in a lot of pain... When we finally get to the sample, she doesn't give me proper instructions, doesn't confirm my identity, doesn't label my sample, and responds with rudeness and derision when I bring it up. There is no involvement of the patient in their care. A follow-up appointment was scheduled without checking with me to see if it was a time and date I could do (it was not convenient at all for me as I had to drive close to 50 miles to the clinic). At discharge they didn't tell me anything. I had to stop by the front to ask about my reports ("Oh, you'd like to know what the radiologist said about your possibly fractured back?" Why yes. I very much would like to know what's going on...) I had to go there twice but have since requested a transfer of care to avoid going to this clinic. After being injured, I do not need to be mistreated and insulted. I want to go to a place where I feel listened to and cared for and this clinic is not it."
"Go somewhere else."
