"Update- They don't respond and make me feel like I am not worth their time still. Trying to do a 1 year appt, that's all. Time to let go of Kawa and move on to a clinic that calls their patients back and gets them an appt. Feel like a dropped patient patient over and over. Like as patient, not worth it and not wanted. Even better, no one has contacted or cared to reach out. Proves the point!"

"It’s always challenging going to new doctors/clinics. But I can say I have been more than pleased with my experiences here. I’ve seen a few different providers here and have such gratitude about how they interact with patients. They talk with me instead of at me. They’re friendly while still being professional. And most importantly, I feel comfortable returning for follow up appointments, and trust in their continued care."

"Do not go here. Having worked for them and resigning because the pressures they put on us caused mental health issues, they have implemented policies which prevent us from being able to actually help you. Essentially, you call and state what’s going on, the nurses then call back and if you are in a meeting or a work, they tell you to call back. When you call back, we are then instructed to tell you (without reaching out or asking) that everyone is with patients at the time…even though they aren’t and the MA staff wanted us to call them. This is how revere operates within the call center. Listening day after day to patient’s frustration and being expected to lie to them was an emotional turmoil. Please avoid revere at all costs if you desire being taken care of timely. Although I received great care, I was also able to be messaged by staff on teams since I worked here, which they did (initiated) because it was impossible trying to get care any other way. If you work a regular job, you will never be able to care here and have follow-ups with your providers. There are other clinics you should consider!"

"I went in on a referral with bloodwork from 7 months ago and the student listened to me more than Haslem did. I can't believe I payed to sit there and be told that I'm wrong. He disregarded the more recent bloodwork and all he wanted to talk about was bloodwork from a whole year ago that wasn't up to date. I didnt appreciate the way he told me about this disease i already know about as if i didnt know what i was talking about. I've been seeing doctors for 2 years now and this is not what I was expecting from a specialist."

"I have mailed a reply to the address that they provided for patient concerns , and understand I wrote to them that very same day and today is July 29 th and still have not heard a word back ! I'm sorry but this to me , makes me feel even for so , like they dont care ! You are answered fast on this page just to make people think that the owners will do something to help. Seems to me that you can get help and answers faster from off the street!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would have. I have never in my life had a doctors appointment were the doctors ego and personal beliefs weighed in on the outcome of my visit with Daniel Jones. He refused to take into consideration my input on my own health and my treatment was according to his personal beliefs. Daniel views his patients as children and not capable of being a responsible adult. End result was a complete waste of my time and a loss of pay for showing up to my appointment And what I mean by my treatment , I mean their was no treatment at all. This doctor did nothing to help at all and wanted me to reschedule! So if you choose to see this doctor good luck! You respond quick here but act as if it's nothing when someone responds to your email that you leave !"
