"I have been seeing Dr. Jason Huddleston for years now and he’s the best! Dr. Huddleston is very patient, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and respectful. He goes to the point and carefully he pays attention to my health issues. Also, I have to make a comment on Brianna, the nice lady at the front desk, she’s very friendly, polite, efficient and very respectful. I love her!"
"Doctors and services are good I can't stand the billing though, they get what they can from insurance and then they immediately just toss whatever's left over to collections without telling you. They don't have anyone on site that can even discuss billing or take payment with you. Discussing payment is avoided like the plague. So for that reason alone I don't go to Revere health anymore. I've never seen such a dysfunctional billing system"
"I have been here for imaging three times in the last month and have consistently seen poor customer service from the receptionists. They are not friendly and are short with patients (especially elderly that I have seen confused on how to use the kiosk or showed up for the wrong appointment time). For one of my appointments I was waiting for over an hour and asked them about the wait time and they said it wasn’t their job to know how long I’d be waiting. I ended up finding out from the tech that the front desk didn’t check me in properly and they didn’t know I was there. I got a call from Revere a week after that scan and they said they needed me to come back in because they forgot to give me contrast for the CT scan. I had to let them know during that last appointment that I thought I was supposed to have contrast, and I asked them to double check and they said no I didn’t need to have it. So I had to come all the way back in for the same scan to be done with contrast, taking me another hour and a half of my time. Something positive about this location is the radiology techs were professional and kind. They also have a very quick turnaround time on results. All of my scans took about an hour to see results on and I was able to pull them up myself through the patient portal."
"My husband and I went to the Revere Health at American Fork to see a practitioner nurse Tomeika Ulett- Garcia to check on my concern.But before hand I set an appointment to their clinic to have a female doctor to check on me. And she didn't check on me instead she referred me to a male doctor which is not the purpose why I set set an appointment to look at by a female doctor that's why I am not happy with it! Also,what happened was when she gets in where me and my husband are she showed that she's annoyed,felt like we're wasting her time and she acted like she wants us to get of out at her office soon as possible! She gave me the instructions to go with a male doctor. I paid for her referral not for the job she needs to do for me! I am soooo frustrated with her service!"
"I absolutely will not use Revere Health again. I visited their office in American Fork over 2 years ago. As it was my first visit to this office I filled out all the usual new patient paperwork. Five months later I got a call from collections because we had never paid our bill. I had NEVER received a bill! I asked what address the bills were sent to and they gave me an address I hadn't lived at for 7 years in a completely different part of the state. They also were using the out of date insurance information!! I gave collections my updated information and they said they would update the account and get it taken care of. I didn't hear anything again until March 2023. The insurance claim STILL wasn't processed correctly and now they are saying I owe 9 times more than I would have if it were done correctly. Don't ask me why collections didn't contact me for a year and a half with an update. I spoke with Revere Health and asked them to withdraw the account from collections so that it can be processed through insurance but they are refusing AND they are still using outdated information for me even though I requested it be updated. It never would have been sent to collections in the first place if they had done their job correctly!! They refuse to take any responsibility though. My sister said she's had the exact same problem with Revere Health TWICE!! Avoid them at all costs if you can!"
