"We are half way through our first annual maintenance contract with Commercial Floor Service. We are very pleased with their efforts to clean and maintain the carpeted areas in our office. We have low pile carpet squares using three different colors and patterns. The carpet wears well, but tends to show stains. CFS performed a deep cleaning of all of our carpets at the beginning of the contract and have come back quarterly to address stains and clean areas according to a maintenance plan. The milliCare system has been effective in removing new stains and greatly reducing the visibility of older stains. Our account rep, Ron Harris, has been very responsive and helpful. He stays on top of our maintenance plan and the visits are done timely. We have given them additional projects, like cleaning the tile and grout in our restrooms and re-carpeting our main stairwell. They were professional and acted responsibly when the carpet install had issues. They made sure we were satisfied with their work. We highly recommend CFS for your carpet and floor covering needs.
