"BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! I saw Dr. A at Rocky Mountain Women's Health Center and she was absolutely amazing. It was after my twins were born. They don't care about you and just take your money! I had set up payment arrangements with their billing department. At the beginning of February 2018 I called and paid off the rest of the amount. They were more then happy to take my money but the agent didn't stop the payment arrangement. The beginning of March 2018, I noticed they were taking out another payment. I called the billing department and the agent promised me they would stop the payment and refund me any overpayment. Well the payment went thru my account causing over draft fee. I called every week for 3 weeks because that is what the agents kept telling me to do. On April 2nd 2018 I called again and the agent told me that the refund was accepted by the office on March 30th 2018. I decided to give them a few more weeks to get a check cut and mailed. I call April 17th and spoke with a manager who told me that I would have to speak with the office, I asked what office they told me where I went to see the Dr. The next day I called the office and the receptionist told me that the office manager had gone home and that she would call me tomorrow. Well I waited til 3pm and called the office again and spoke with Samantha who told me that she will have to ask for help, she put me on hold for 30 mins and hung up on me. I called back and got Samantha again which she didn't apologize, she put me on hold again and came back after 15 minutes to tell me to call another department to get the refund initiated. I called that number and it was back to the billing department that I told me to call the office. The billing department then refused to call the office and the office refuses to call the billing department. They have $166 of my money and all I get told is refunds take a really long time. Even though this was not my fault. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that will not steal your money. I am never going to this place again."
