"Bait and switch marketing. Advertised $89 is online pricing only. Finished to find out it was going to be $374. After paying this price and reviewing my documents I caught that while they reported the correct income for my state filing, they left off an entire w2’s worth of withholding. Had to go back on for them to fix. Felt ridiculous to pay that much for me to point out their error. People were friendly but won’t be back"

"Service was very friendly and honest, but Bait n Switch marketing. 89 bucks advertised as the price to file with them when I booked my appointment online, but 15 minutes in they told me it would be 229. The agent was at least upfront about this price, but the website was not. Very friendly, and seemingly knowledgeable. When I asked they said the 89 bucks was if I were to do it online through them. I asked why I would pay to do it online versus using TurboTax online for free. Only reason given was that mine might be complicated because I worked in two states. Wasn't convinced. Overall I was satisfied with the people, but disappointed by the unclear or dishonest marketing. Needless to say, I'll be filing by myself again this year."

"We had an appointment at 11 to do our taxes. 2 people walked in off the street and were helped before us. After sitting in the lobby for 30 min we decided to leave. I'm sure this location may do good work, but that was a joke and a waste of my time. Your customer service is trash"
