"Tax pros we've had have been very kind and helpful but be cautious on booking weekends. Last year we booked on the weekend and when we showed up the doors were locked and it took several minutes to be let in, turns our receptionist no showed. This year we booked and showed up on time for nobody to be there and lights off. Our lady showed up 10ish minutes late and told us she didn't know she even had an appointment and had showed up to do other work."

"Bobby Higgins and Indra Neelameggham are running a scam. Bobby charged more than DOUBLE the fee and ran out of the office "to go to lunch", leaving my daughter sitting there mid-sentence. He didn't even finish the appointment, only said that my daughter wasn't getting a return because she switched jobs and "the IRS got confused." After running out, my daughter spoke to Indra who discovered my daughter's taxes from LAST year weren't even filed! She had paid the fee and everything and was told she didn't make enough to get a return then, either. My daughter is a full time CNA and works hard, and these people didn't even file her taxes right, took the fee money and lied! When my daughter tried to get her money's back, Indra argued, talking over her and blaming my daughter "Why didn't you stop Bobby from Leaving for lunch?" And ""Why did you pay the fee if he wasn't done yet?" Putting all blame for their scam on the victim. They took zero responsibility for the scam, made every excuse imaginable, and left my daughter with a bare minimum that barely covers the fee she paid."

"I had my taxes filed here last year. Brandon made an error on my address and swapped my home and work. Now all my tax documents are going to my old work address. Since I don’t work there any more, this makes it even more awkward and difficult to get my IRS Tax documents that were recently mailed out. I called HR Block and the manager asked me if I looked at my return when Brandon filed it? Of course I didn’t look at the address. And Brandon didn’t ask me to review my address or return for errors. I would have expected them to do it right and not make any errors. They indicated it would take 6 months to fix my address with the IRS, so I might as well wait until I file my 2021 return this year. They didn’t offer to file a change of address form for me. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the IRS to get this straightened out, to find out that I need to fill out a change of address form. Also, the manager stated I could not amend my return unless there was a dollar amount change. So apparently my address on my 2020 return is going to remain incorrect and there’s nothing I can do about it. HR Block was not very helpful in getting it fixed and made it out to be my fault because I didn’t notice they used a wrong address. They staple your return together and put it in a a folder. I paid them to do it because I didn’t want any mistakes and then they make a error on something as simple as my address? I have never made an error on my return in all my years of doing my own return. They are supposed to be professionals. Instead, they tried to shift blame, rather than take accountability. Will not go here again for that reason alone."
