"If I could put a rating of 0, I definitely would. The woman that works there on Saturdays is one of the worst people I ran into. I reserved an appointment and got there on time. I was greeted in a rude manner because I came up and greeted her. The CPA was finishing up and in a few minutes it was my turn. after a couple of minutes she finished and it was my turn to be seen. She allowed 1 person to skip me just because he walked in before me, even though he did not take the time to reserve an appointment. I waited and in 30 minutes she finished up let another person with no appointment ahead of me. I had to leave because I had work and wouldn't make it in time. I reserved my spot because it was the best time for me to do it. This woman was rude and didn't respect my time or me in general. People reserve appointments for reason! I had to plan my day ahead a and put time and effort. I basically lost a couple of hours of work because this woman does not respect me and my time and money. She basically thought she was above the procedures of her company. She does what she wants! This person shows less compassion than a wild animal. She has no business working with people and should find a job as far away from the civilized world as she can! Now I have to start the whole process all over again and definitely not use H&R block ever again!! If these are the people they hire, I am and everyone should use some other firm for your taxes!!"
