The lady in the front office answering phones I do not remember her name but she was kind and caring when I had come in to drop my taxes off.. she was very helpful.. and caring.. big smiles from everyone.. "Don’t recommend this place, they did my tax incorrectly despite I paid 500+$ for the service. At first they came with the results of me paying back to the IRS and state tax for almost 12,000$. That made me stressed for the whole month then I came back to discuss about why it is so high. After the meeting, it turn out they did not put very important numbers(deductions )in my tax, after I pointed out where missing parts are, the number went down to 2,000$+ only. This will be the last time I use this service. Paying 500$ for the service is ridiculous."

"Within 5 minutes, Quinn was able to reassure me that H&R Block's meet with a, "Tax Pro" service is actually a completely useless cash grab. Quinn was rude, unsympathetic, unhelpful, and after offering literally no information other than what he could Google in front of me, he scoffed at my return amount before letting me know he would charge $200 to file just 2 basic W-2s and guarantees H&R Block won't resolve my issue or concerns. Oh! Also if my, "Guaranteed Tax return amount," gets collected for ANY REASON even if it's a mistake, they will not actually help you dispute or resolve the missing money like they claim in their many many Ads...which for me has been the small amount of $1200 the past 2 years. Sooo....why don't you just file yourself and save at least $200? Or better just go find an actual professional. I sure plan to."

"Have used H&R block locations before and never had a problem until I came across the Ogden facility on Washington. I have to chase them all the time, they never answer their phone or respond to emails and always find myself having to take time off work to go in personally so someone can see me and tell me that the person who is supposed to help is not there. So unprofessional!"
