"ABSOLUTELY RENT HERE!!!! My fiance and I have lived here for almost exactly one year now and we have loved every second of it and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. All of the staff from the awesome Maintenance, the thoughtful cleaning lady, and our wonderful front desk staff, everyone here deserves a gold star. The staff is very aware and kind. They are extremely helpful and responsive. I have never had any issues with the apartment complex. We absolutely love our apartment, the layout of the building, and the underground parking. Our neighbors are kind and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I hope everyone gets to have an experience like we have here."

"This apartment had CLEARLY no preparation or cleaning for my wife and I to move in. We paid the Admin fee, as well as a full deposit for the apartment to be move-in ready. The carpets in BOTH bedrooms had disgusting stains of an origin we don’t even know. The master bath had hair (not from the head either,) all over the drawers and unknown fluids/stains. Not to mention a huge bike rack bolted into the wall as soon as we opened the front door?! What’s more, the apartment should have been completely disinfected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This place is a disaster. We have tried to reach out to management with no response."
