In Season Private Dining

"Our group chose In Season Dining for our bachelorette trip to Utah! Truly, the most seamless, fun, tasty, and enjoyable experience! Sam was our chef and Derek was our server. Sam created the most delicious dishes (see in the photo). Not only were they beautiful, but they tasted AMAZING. The Wagyu steak was to die for and the biggest hit. Derek was absolutely amazing as well! He was super knowledgeable about all of the wines we had at the house and never left a glass empty. Not only that, but Derek was so funny and just a fun person to have around. I ALMOST didn’t get the charcuterie board and thank God I put in the order at the last minute! It was THE BEST charcuterie board I’ve ever had and the girls are still raving about it. Derek did an amazing job describing everything on the board and giving us recommendations on what to pair with each cheese. Overall, I would recommend this group over and over again! Whenever we come back to Utah we will definitely be using them."

"We used in season private dining for our Xmas family vacation. From the start Noah was amazing. Worked with me creating menus and shopped for us before we got to Utah. We had breakfast and dinner catered daily and everything was amazing. His dishes are out of the world wonderful. Everybody left the table stuffed! Even my pickiest child was happy! Our kitchen was spotless when he left. We loved his staff as well. By the end of our trip we felt he was a good friend and enjoyed talking with him about everything. I highly recommend! It made our vacation so much better!"

"Noah & his assistant arrived right on time & raring to get cooking! Communication was very good leading up to our dinner for 10, a surprise birthday dinner for my wife. We chose the Korean bbq short ribs, miso halibut, roasted root veggies & a fresh green salad. Dessert was matcha tea cake which had mixed reviews. Both chef Noah and assistant Derek were great. Derek is a Som, he regaled us with wine knowledge and suggested pairings. That was an unexpected bonus for us novice oenophiles. They served it up family style (per my req) & we enjoyed every bite! They both cleaned up our kitchen and floor as they wrapped up. Also nice, they gave us space a privacy to enjoy our special night. Overall, it was an excellent experience and everyone loved the interactions, food and wines. We will have another celebration and bring Noah and Derek back for more! Highly recommend this team!"
