"Old with really thin glass across the front of every building! Overpriced for what you get. For the most part, all the neighbors were great. The office personnel, on the other hand, are rude, degrading, slow to respond, and disrespectful! Hopefully, they have gotten a new site manager who is capable of holding such a position. Maintenance guys were awesome and always helpful! On the other hand this place is close enough to shopping with being just far enough away. Schools are close."

"I began renting here in 2021 and my rent was $1650. Over the course of 2 years it skyrocketed to $2099. An increase of over $400 in 24 months is absolutely criminal. Beware of their predatory rent prices! Overall maintenance was always great but the leasing office staff left a lot to be desired."

"I travel for work and I wasn’t able to pay the rent with their new app. Late one day and they already getting legal, wanting me to vacate if I don’t pay. Let me remind you. I pay my rent on time and even though, they raised my rent after one year and forced into a contract. Oh, keep in mind that month to month in this place will drive you to bankruptcy. Awful place. Can’t wait to move out like the rest of the neighbors have. Stay away from this place folks,"

"Communication is ridiculous in terms of that they never answer the phone. Staff do not seem that professional, in fact outright rude at times by hanging up on you or just unfriendly during our encounters, especially the younger girl. Maintenance is pretty responsive. The amenities seem pretty clean, well maintained. Definitely had some weirdos wondering the property late at night, so keep things locked up as much as possible to prevent theft. The move out fee of $2000 is pretty ridiculous, especially because it doesn't even state that in the lease when you read the fine print. We left our lease early to buy a house. Wouldn't recommend this apartment complex for what we paid each month."
