Union Meadows Apartments,

"We lived here for three years, about six months ago the management changed. The units are older and haven’t been updated in a few decades, but the pricing was reasonable and the location was great. Since new management came on- rent has gone up. We were paying about 1100/month I believe it is now about 1600/month. I think that price is a bit high based on the unit we had and the condition of the apartment. Our unit had mold in the bathroom ceiling which we reported but was not fixed. We raised the issue several times, but they were not interested in fixing the leak/ replacing the ceiling & wall damaged by mold. We had ton of box elder bugs in the summer because the window were extremely low quality and old. We even had a black widow one time, they do spray though if you are interested. A few people had cars broken into when we lived there, but it never happened personally to us. The new management team did not return our deposit for three months after we had moved out, I had to serve them a letter for it to be returned. They deducted a few hundred dollars for wall work and cleaning. I’ve never had any issue getting my full deposit back. They haven’t replied to me about the wall work but I assume it is about the mold (caused by a neighbor) or the pre-existing damage which was documented when we moved in. Overall the location of these apartments is good, and we enjoyed living her under the old management team- so I will give it two stars. If you are considering living here, I might look elsewhere. We were able to find a significantly larger and newer place for what they were planning to raise our rent to and there is no mold."

"I lived here for 4 years and I absolutely loved it. Cynthia and Pablo are amazing. We had an emotional support dog and had 0 problems with them approving it. All maintenance issues were almost always fixed same day. Beautiful grounds, great area, great people, and a skip away from all the Fort Union shopping."

"We lived at Union Meadows for 2 years and loved it! It’s in a great location with easy access to freeways, food, and stores. The complex is quiet and parking was always easy to find. The management was friendly and helpful. Having a pool and pickleball court was so fun too! Would definitely recommend living here."

"I lived here for almost 9 years and loved it. I finally moved when I got married. Otherwise I would still be living here. They have great people working in the office. I enjoyed chatting with them for a bit when I would bump into them around the property or when I was paying my rent. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests. This place is a little older, but well maintained. It is a family friendly place and has quiet hours, which I appreciated. My neighbors were all great and friendly."
