"WHEW !!! Where do I begin. The rent is high for no reason at all. I've spoken to a couple of tenants there and they said one of the moving companies were stealing and when they tried to get the name of the company The Landlord stated that they didn't know the name of the moving company. They've done a "Renovation" recently but nothing has been renovated but the paint and an AC unit. Everything is small. Only one bathroom and the rules are beyond strict. They'll need to know all of your business before you move in . AND I DO MEAN ALL OF IT AS IF THEY WERE JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF."

"I still live here and what I have to deal with before the new people bought this place, they walked into my place without telling me and something ended up missing. Like alcohol and pots, & jewelry. Now the new people raise the rent and now they want a copy of your cards to your bank accounts. I have trust issues and my gut is telling me (fraud). Like they tell us to fix our credit and debt, but they know we can't if they raise our rent. Our rent was 722 now they raised it to 975. Because of a $2 increase in my son's pay."

"I advise not to live here cause they would try to get every info of all your accounts and card numbers. They don't want to help to get u back on your feet. They are just thinking of money. They also go into your apartment without you being there and no 24 hour notice. We been have stuff missing after we find out they been in our apartments. The management isn't really good. They charge arm and leg for the apartments that not worth the value. There are better places that offers more necessities than this place ever will."

"The complex's management office has some very strange business hours that make it difficult to get seen and onto their waiting list -- which there is for their low income housing portion only. However, the manager is very kind and friendly and worked with my brother to help him get the proper paperwork and documentation submitted. The units are decent and the grounds are well-kept so overall a good place to live."
