I appreciate everything they have done for me. I recommend you to look into these apartments, theres waiting list but it’s worth the wait!"

"After living here for over 2 years, I do not have any complaints with the management or the quality of the property. We moved from one building to the other last year and management made it an very painless and straight foreword process. Management also sends a notice when your lease is coming up so you have time to decide if you are going to renew or not (not a whole lot of places are courteous enough to do that for their tenants). Whenever we have put in a maintenance request to have something repaired in our unit, we get a fast response of when they will be able to come fix it. They also give a notice before entry so it is not a surprise when they show up. It sucks seeing some of these bad reviews because people don't want to clean up after their pets or let their kids do what they want around the property. I have not had any issues with management in the 2 years that I have lived here. 10/10 would recommend."

"Been here for 2 years so far and I love it. The management team is very nice and helpful, they answered any questions I had when I was signing my lease and made it very easy when I wanted to renew. They sent us a notice before our lease was up reminding us that our lease was ending soon and if we wanted to renew to do so before the deadline. They also send out notices if they need to do inspections in advance so you can make plans to be home if needed, and the property is clean. There are spots for pets to use the bathroom with bags and trash bins available. I had issues with kids running in the halls but filed a complaint and within the week it calmed down. There are cameras everywhere and a security company that patrols that we can call, feels safe on the property. We have a beautiful view of the mountains and a washer and dryer in unit. 10/10 would recommend checking out this complex, and I have recommended a few friends move here."

"The management team is very horrible, the stuff keeps change to worse one. They do not know anything you ask them about it. They keep increasing your rent regardless of your income. They increased my rent after only six months even before my first lease ended. They come in to your apartment whenever and however they like, regardless if you in home or no, they do a lot. I asked them not to come in my apartment if I'm not there but they do against my will. If they come in your apartment and it was not clean they send warning ,clean it or you will leave in 3 days, which is rude."
