"If you plan on touring or living at this place, think again. It’s a nightmare. I have been having leaks in my bedroom for the last five weeks. I’ve contacted management MULTIPLE times every single week to get this fixed and they keep giving me the run around and ignoring the situation. The maintenance guy told me “yeah nothing much we can do about that” like that’s a joke!!! I have been forced to sleep on my couch in the living room because the water leaking and flooding my bedroom is disgusting and I do not want my cats being around it. I’ve lived in a lot of different rental apartments and this has been by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. When I first moved in, Chloe was the office employee and I know she would have taken care of this instantly. I don’t know if she quit or got fired but these new people working here are a joke. I am so ready to move out. The leaks have gotten so bad it looks like my whole window is about to collapse and there are water bubbles in my wall."

"Be sure to bring self protection if you plan on visiting mid central, locking your cars isn't enough. Here we use the method of leaving them unlocked with nothing in them so people don't smash your windows. Rent is raised every other month by at least 100$ the management is predatory and has nothing in mind other than the dollar sign. Please. Please... if you love your safety, your family, Your credit, and many other things. STAY AWAY i sure wish the homeless people that sleep and deficatw in the hallways were pitching on my rent :/!"

It was pretty old and worn with age, but we needed a place fast. 3 months later it was sold to new management, and we freaked out not knowing what next. But it was the best thing that happened to this place. Total remodel has brought it up to date and it's fantastic!! Ali and Chloe go above and beyond and are awesome!! Cassidy and Sam are on it with Maintenance. Fast and professional. And now we know we love it here!!"
