"Quick, efficient and competent"
"Very incompetent people. We filed taxes two months ago, after they submitted it they were useless to talk to. Called the state to figure out where our tax return was since it has been almost 2 months. They never received any of the W2's or our ID's. My husband and I watched the lady scan all of it in, so I don't know why they couldn't ever send it in to the state. Never using them again."
"He did not sign my return nor have me sign it. I had to file by paper. It came back to me. I got it back to IRS by May 17th on the dot. Here I am getting the wrong amount for my child tax credit because they do not have my info updated. My tax return is in a black hole. Yet 269$ of my refund is going to Jackson Hewitt. I would have had my refund long ago if not for his screwing up."
