"I had no problems with management while living there, however when my lease was up and I moved out I got charged for some bogus things. I was charged for something that was left by the tenant before me, I noted the damage on my move in inspection paperwork and when I said that the property manager claimed they have no move in inspection paperwork from me. How convenient. It definitely seems like they leave it there and charge each tenant for the same damage. It’s certainly shady."

"Management is great, they are extremely fast and responsive. I had an issue with a smoke alarm a few weeks ago and they had maintenance at my unit in less than 30 minutes. The apartments are wonderful, as well. Definitely recommend."
