"Do yourself a favor, and do not move here. When I read the reviews I assumed they were from residents who could not afford to make their rent. All the negative reviews are absolutely correct. Be sure to see their grade on the better business bureau website before you decide to move here. I failed to do that and absolutely regret it. My dishwasher has been broken since I moved in almost 3 months ago. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's not drying my dishes. Which is an absolute inconvenience. The first two maintenance guys said that dishwashers aren't supposed to dry your dishes. Seriously? The third guy said he would order a new one for me. It never happened. The office then called and said the head maintenance guy would come and look at it, which also never happened. This place does not care about it's residents. Their goal is to just hope you give up and stop asking for your item to be fixed. The apartment they show you, to sell you into a lease is an absolute lie. My apartment does not have a screen door or the security feature on the sliding glass door. It's all a sham. And they don't collect the garage. You're lucky if they pick it up 3 times a week. I absolutely regret moving here. I will absolutely be moving when my lease is up. I lived in my last complex for 14 years, I only moved because I wanted to be closer to work. Please, please, please do yourself a favor, and do not move here. When my lease is up I'm moving back to my former complex because this place is absolutely atrocious."

"I lived here several years ago when it was called Somerset, the apartment was fine, no problems with management. However, this spring I got a collection notice in the mail for over $1000. I had no idea why I was getting a collection notice! At first I thought it was a scam so I called to see if I had a remaining balance. I was put in contact with their property management, when they finally answered I was told I did not have a remaining balance and my file had been archived. I had paid in full at move out. They had no record of me owing anything. I was told there was a "glitch" and I was sent to collections in error. I thought ok this is an error and shouldn't be difficult to solve. I told this to the collections people and they treated me like a criminal. I filed a formal dispute with the collection agency, they are supposedly conducting an investigation.Ya right! Collection agencies are like snakes, once they sink their teeth in you they will not let go. I took a big hit on my credit and this issue HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Enclave, if you made this error you need to make it right by calling off your aggressive collectors."

"I lived here a few years back and moving out was THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! When i moved in there were a few minor damages i asked to get fixed and they were never fixed. I had to leave and break lease the second year because of a DV situation. The day i went to return keys i left work early and got there 30 minutes before closing time and THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. They always closed earlier then advertised for whatever reason. I paid everything i was told to pay before moving out regarding rent and fees and once i moved out i got the bill they send out at the end and they charged me for so many things and damages that they later admitted weren’t from my apartment but a different one, yet they REFUSE to give me a refund. I was told by the main person in the office if i paid i would later get reimbursed and since i was trying to get another apartment i did pay but that never happened, they just ripped me off. I called their office every single day multiple times and no one ever answered for months and months. I would go in person every time i could so i could get this resolved and i was avoided, given an attitude, brushed off or given more excuses. I showed them videos proving i left the place in perfect condition and i was never refunded anything. TO THIS DAY IM STILL WAITING ON THE CALL I WAS PROMISED YEARS AGO OR AT LEAST THE REFUND I WAS TOLD ID GET. The communication is horrible and so are the people who i spoke with. All they did was lie, make excuses and take money that wasn’t owed, at least not by me."
