"This place is very unprofessional, the manager Aaron or whatever his name is, is ESPECIALLY rude and unprofessional. He throws unwarranted fees left and right with no proof. Very disappointed. Do not live here unless you want money to go down the drain :)"

"Aaron the " manager " of this place is trying to charge me 75 dollars for a cleaning fee 3 years after I moved out. He has zero proof of the condition he states I left the apartment in. He never notified me of any balance due until I am now trying to get another apartment that need rental verification. I told him I would gladly pay the fee if he could provide pictures. He stated that there aren't pictures. This guy is a bald-headed joke. Stay far away from this place. And he deletes reviews so lets see if he deletes this one!"

"Good place to live. Reasonably priced, decent apt amenities, safe community, and not a lot of noise at all. But the water heaters always popped and made noise, so it takes some adjustment when trying to sleep. The fixtures inside are kind of old, but they get the job done and make the apartment a place to sleep and eat. Never had a problem with the internet, think my Xbox read like 175mb down. Lots of parking, dumpsters conveniently placed. Fitness center isn't a fitness center at all, but most people have a gym membership so no harm no foul. Would live here again for sure, only leaving because there wasn't a larger floor plan available at the time."

"We have loved living here, the owners make sure everything is taken care of. The owner Aaron is wonderful to communicate with, and anytime we’ve had a maintenance issue Justin has been there within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend choosing Huntington"

"It was nice but a few things that were a deal breaker for me. The 24/7 fitness center is a joke. You'll still need a regular gym membership if you live here. 2 rowers and 2 treadmills. That's it! No place to do pull ups or dips. Even though there is room for pull ups and dips. Also the "media package" is MANDATORY. $100 on top of the rent. DirecTV for TV viewing and 100 megabits for the Internet from Centurylink. You can't say no this. Hoped my review helps you."
