"They were nice, that’s about the nicest thing I can say. I took my broken laptop in because their services say they can diagnose/repair laptops. When I came back the next day, they just told me to take it to BestBuy. The person who helped me was not focused and on another call when they were working with me and didn’t know what they were doing. On top of that, I paid $40 for a diagnostic just for them to say they couldn’t do anything and then to take it to Best Buy. I think it’s ridiculous they charge for a diagnostic. Everywhere else I looked said they would check out my laptop for free and only charge for the repairs if they could do something to fix it. Now I’m out $40 and the data on my laptop I was trying to save. This was definitely a huge waste of time and money. I can’t speak to the phone repairs, but I would recommend never bringing them your laptop. Find someone else who can actually do a good job and doesn’t charge for a diagnostic."

"When I say I got the BEST RATE in Salt Lake county for repairing my iPhone 13 Pro Max back glass, I mean it is the best! 3 hour wait time for back glass repair, plan accordingly. Ivan is the man, very helpful, efficient, and answered all questions and concerns. I am absolutely checking this place first for all my future phone repairs. Ivan also fixed my flashlight. 10/10 recommend."

"For the most part, this place was great! They really helped me out twice and really happy with the work! The only complaint I have is leaving early. I can understand leaving early if they are done with everything and people picked up their stuff before 8pm. They forgot to put back the sims card the first time, we called about it and my husband got there 10mins before 8, but they left early.Yesterday I needed help again and he did awesome work. I left the phone around 5pm he said it could take about 2 hours so about around 7pm. I got there by 7:40 and he left early. Luckily he just barely left and saw me to give back the phone. If he didn't I was going to be upset. I understand if they want to leave early, but it's not right if they have someone's phone or item they forgot to put back and especially since I made it there 20mins before 8pm. If its after 8 then I get it. I need my phone to wake up for work and for other stuff. Please be more aware of others. Other than that they were great!"
