"We have been here over two years now, the best thing we have experienced here is maintenance crews, specially Mr. Pablo, he’s like other guys come quickly to fix any issues we had, but also specially Pablo very cordial and friendly every time he comes, make the repairs breeze. He told us that management wants them respond the resident’s’ request within 8 hours, a nice policy! Way to go! Pablo"
"Going forward I can appreciate the cleanliness of the complex as well as the quality of the community. The quiet atmosphere and the friendliness of the neighborhood as well as the feeling of safety here is very important and these needs have been met. A rocky start at first, but since settling in I’ve found comfort and ease here. Although absolutely NONE of my needs have met by management, all other needs have been met. Maintenance responses have been very efficient and effective."
"So after 30 years of being a homeowner my wife and I decided to move from Herriman to the ICO Fairbourne Station apartment. Best decision we have made. This is indeed the most excellent living environment we have been in. Jordan our leasing agent was attentive and personable. Made the transition smooth and efficient. Mostly love the communication and attentiveness by Jordan and other staff at ICO Fairbourne Station. This place has it all and is located perfectly for so many accessible places (airport is less than 10 minutes away). "We love this place! We had an amazing experience in our walkthrough which made us quickly sign to move in. Upon move in, Jordan was extremely helpful in getting us ready to go and welcoming us to the neighborhood. As we’ve spent time here, we have grown to LOVE each employee and our pup tank has found a fast friend in both Sonia (who is ALWAYS diligently cleaning, we love her!) and Pablo (who is the cheeriest person you’ll ever meet!). He loves to visit the front staff and get treats from them whenever he can! We have had noise issues and the manager Katie and the whole team have been on the ball trying to help us resolve it. Every apartment complex has its issues but this one has been the most homey and kind of the ones we’ve lived in the past. Highly recommend!!"
"The fact that this complex has a 4.3 star review is baffling. My husband and I lived here for 1 yr and it did not take long for us to get in a conflict with the staff. If you’re Looking to live here I promise you, there are better options than here. Lots of hidden fees, strict rules like your dog can not be on your balcony if you’re not home, you can’t hang anything from your windows even if it is inside your home. Not to mention the apartment staff are the worst and trust me they watch you! Expect to smell pee and poo when you leave outside AND return inside because some people let their dogs do their business inside without cleaning it up. After leaving our lease we were charged over $800 in repairs, repairs that shouldn’t have been done. $700 for the replacement of our refrigerator DOOR. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the refrigerator other than it had a SMALL dent on the outside so they had to replace the whole door? I asked for a payment plan but they wouldn’t work with me. They also gave me a deadline that I was not going to hit but they “couldn’t” do anything about it. Most apartments are willing to work with you but they won’t work with you here. If you do plan on staying here, make sure to put in your work orders and get all the evidence of the stuff you didn’t break and anything broken after your lease cause they will find ways to suck money out of you. It was not a luxury to live here."
