He was extremely thorough in showing me around and went above and beyond to make sure I had peace of mind with the changes being made. He even sent me texts & emails so that I could have paper-evidence and reference after I left. He was very friendly and personable. After searching around about a dozen or so other properties, the level of service and help he has provided outweighs them all combined. While I don't live there (yet), this sets the standard high for the property and leaves me feeling like I've made the best choice possible to move in."
