"It is the worst decision we have been able to make, when we delivered the apartment they wanted to charge us everything as if it were a new apartment when they gave us an apartment in poor condition (I have photos and videos to be able to send them to the people they want), do not go to make the decision to take a rental here, terrible administration, they do not help you in making arrangements, the People who work there especially Jose of maintenance is rude and gives bad treatment to people, when we left we changed all the blinds of the apartment and we put new ones and they are charging us new blinds, we also have videos and photos that everything is in excellent condition and they want us to pay for something that is not in bad or damaged, on the contrary it was new. they will never make the decision to live here."

"We moved in back in July. Love the personnel that work in office and matenance. All respectful. Love to spoil them too. They get things fixed quickly. They are always polite. The apartments are older but they are homie. Yes, there is problem with hearing your neighbors, but it not that bad. We have fantastic neighbors. Love all the kids living there. The property is well kept. What I love most is they are all kind to my Special Needs Roommate. It is around so many stores that we can walk to. Great location."

"I had just moved in an honestly, my unit nice and my neighbors are pretty great. However, this review is mainly about the apartments Laundromat.... the following images are from my first and LAST visit to this area of the complex. The detergent dispenser is just disgusting. There's a sign that says "We only clean the laundry room as a courtesy!" and it's very apparent that they mean that. The machines are gross, the floor is gross, and the scent is gross. It feels like a swamp in here, especially because there are no fans. Summary: The apartments are nice but wow this Laundromat is absolutely vile. Just, Falcon cmon, clean the Laundromat. Also, there is no change machine or ATM here. Not a big deal but that would be cool."
