Dave, Todd will act like he is going to assist you long enough for them to create imaginary charges and send it off to a different collection services. This company not only frauds their residents but they also are frauding the government with section 42 and section 8 violations."

"The station at pleasant view is an amazing place to live Maria and her staff go out of their way to not bother people unless they give them a reason to be bugged so if your late with your rent don’t report the cars you have to them and park them all crazy they like any other people get upset or just tired of it ! It’s common sense anybody who has lived there paid there rent on time and passed there inspections knows it’s the best place to live no one bothers you period unless you give em reason too !"

"This community has marked curbs in red where there is no parking. I parked on the street for months in an area that had no red paint right in front of the unit, they stickered my car saying it was going to be towed. It’s one of those stickers that falls apart as you try to take it off. Needless to say it is frustrating and when I called about it, they said it is something they communicate to all the tenants, first time I am hearing about it. This place is a joke."
