"Honestly one of the best places I’ve lived in Cedar. Apartments are nice, neighbors are nice, lots of parking, and cute patios. What makes this place even better is the manager Brittini! She’s so helpful and genuinely cares about the residents here which I appreciate so much! Every new apartment building is going to have some issues and some kinks to work out, but the issues for me have been very minimal. It’s also surprisingly quiet here, I’ve lived in some other apartments where I was worried to leave at 4am for work because you never knew who was out wandering around. I have an ESA dog and when filling out the paperwork Brittini was very helpful and supportive of the ESA. Some places act like you’re trying to register a wild beast."
"Brand new apartments! In a good location a block off North Main in Cedar City, Utah. Not too far from Canyon View schools and Head Start. Within walking distance to some fast food and 1 convenience store. And Great office help!"
