"Not worth the price for the management. Rent has risen over 30% in two years, and doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. Apartments are very small, and all appliances have not been replaced in years, carpets and cabinets are all strange colors and haven’t been replaced recently. No in unit laundry (coin operated on premise), no way to pay rent electronically, you pay for all utilities, sheets of ice in the parking lot all winter, and more. The only benefit is that is close to the school. I would recommend that people look for another apartment before this one."
