I didn't get her name because she had beautiful gray hair and bright intelligent eyes and I was a touch smitten. So I just blurted out my problem and she walked me around the entire store, pulling sample after sample until the solution was found. Her efforts are what I define as customer service, that is all. Thanks, Tandy Leather! As an aside, I noticed they had a fine selection of leather belts, I'm going to go there tomorrow after work and purchase one, I hope she is there and this time I hope I can get her name!"
