"I’ll start by saying Austin, the guy who runs the shop is good honest people. I took my bike in to replace the steering bearings. After he rode it he didn’t find much of a problem so instead of just doing the work for money he instead called and said it’s all good, I don’t feel comfortable fixing something that’s not broke and he wanted to refund my deposit. I thanked him for being so honest when he didn’t need to be. Even though he said the bike was good I still wanted him to do the work just for my own peace of mind and he was willing to do it for me. During the process of getting it fixed I had some concerns. Instead of him just getting mad at me they instead bent over backwards to aliviate the concern I had. If you have a motorcycle and need work done this is your place. Professional honest hard working people. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. THANKS FOR THE HELP AUSTIN! My bike runs better now than when it was brand new. I could not be happier with my experience there!!!"

"Last year, I bought my first bike, a Honda Rebel 250. She's the best purchase I've ever made. I love her. She may be little, but she still knows how to party. However, a few months after purchasing her, she started acting up, and I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I had some friends come over to check it out, but none of them could replicate the issue so they had no advice for me. I'm sure they thought I was crazy. Eventually, I knew I needed to take her to a professional to get it figured out. I was referred to Salt City Builds, and I called them to inquire about their services. Austin was incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to understand the process and costs of fixing my bike. He was very friendly, and his rates were reasonable. After inspecting my bike, he sent me a detailed report of what needed to be fixed and the cost breakdown, along with pictures. To my relief, my bike acted up while he was test-driving it, and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He knew exactly what to do to solve the issue. I was so happy to learn I wasn't crazy, and there was an answer for her misbehaving. I was incredibly impressed with the shop's transparency, Austin's expertise, and excellent communication. I picked up my bike today, and she is as good as new. I'm grateful to Austin and Salt City Builds for making my first bike repair experience a memorable one.
