Reviews of Industrial Injection Service
"I Took these guys some Denso injectors to have cleaned and tested before we put them back into a Deere 6068 engine we were rebuilding. 2 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called them. The guy on the phone said he’d talk with the tech who was working on them and get back to me. Never heard back so I called them the next day. They said the injectors had tested really bad. Like terrible he had said. I asked for test results so I could share them with my customer. I also wanted to see test results myself because before the rebuild this engine had no fuel system related issues. Again, never heard back so I contacted them again the next day. They told me they actually weren’t able to test the injectors on their machine because they were so contaminated they couldn’t test them. I asked them for photos of the contamination because I wanted to see for myself. There wasn’t any rust or contamination on the fuel inlet when we pulled them out. Nothing on the rail flow dampeners or line sealing surfaces that indicated previous contamination. They sent over some vague photos of the nozzle body, not even a high pressure surface that literally had nothing wrong with it. I asked them for a price to rebuild because I was curious at this point what they were trying to do. They said they actually didn’t have a rebuild option. When I asked them to just put them back together per spec and I’d come get them. I got them back but wanted to make sure they had been assembled per spec and were at least back together the way they came apart so I could reuse them.I asked them point blank are these back together the way they came apart. All they emailed back was to not reuse them. At this point I asked the guys from the injection shop we usually use what they thought (they don’t work on Denso or I would have taken these there initially. Definitely a shop I have used a lot and actually trust) They said that likely the injector was an OEM injector only, basically Deere owned the rights to the injector making working on them and rebuilding them almost impossible to do without being a Deere dealer and having access to the calibration information or parts. I emailed them saying I’m pretty sure you guys tore these apart and then realized you didn’t have the information or capability to rebuild them then once you had them all torn apart. At this point you probably realized you had screwed up and you just decided to say they were bad injectors and I’d need a new set. When I asked them if this is what happened they never responded to me after this point. I’m left thinking that this is likely the scenario I’m up against. I gave these guys all the pertinent information upfront, engine serial number, you had the injectors sitting there in front of you. Why not do your research before you break them open and then realize you’re screwed. I had even called before hand and they said they could work on most Denso injectors. These injectors were likely just fine. Their lack of communication was ridiculous. If you did find one contaminated injector why not just stop there instead of screwing with the others and least id only be out one injector at that point? Makes me sad for the other people they have probably ripped off with the same type of tactics. Either you guys are liars or totally inept. Either of which is a good reason for anyone not to do business with."
"I bought a set of 88% overs for my 5.9 With the help of Tyler Kipp. These guys are awesome! I ended up breaking the screw on the solenoid. Definitely my fault) but gave me an option to either send me a solenoid to pour it on or just send it and they will put on a new solenoid and check calibration. Thats what I did and a week later I got the injector back. They didn’t charge me a dime other than to ship it. And kept me updated every time I’d request one. Thank you guys for your help and service I’ll be back to buy more"
"I work at 805 Diesel. I’ve been here since day 1, and we only use top tier brands, one of them is industrial injection. We only trust top quality, industry known brands and people who know…. Well they trust us especially when we use brands like industrial injection."
"I have been doing business with industrial injection for 20 years, never had any complaints about anything I purchased from them and they are always helpful if I have questions about products."
"Purchased a set for my 7.3 liter power stroke after a miserable experience with another remanufactured in Ohio. Wish I had come here first, fast shipping and you can tell the quality as soon as you open the box! Installed and everything was smooth. Shout out to the woman in accounting (forgot her name) she made sure my cores and refund amount went thru with personal attention given.. if I could give ten stars I would!"
