"David came out on Christmas Eve and tried to install part in my stove but couldn’t get permission from our home warranty company because they were not available so came out a few days later to finish job. When it proved to be another problem causing stove not to work he worked on it until he discovered source of problem and fixed it possibly avoiding a fire. He was courteous and informative."

"We were getting ready to move back into a home we had rented out for 18 years. The dishwasher was not working so we contacted David and asked him to come. look at it. He wanted all the information about the dishwasher which we provided for him. The dishwasher would not latch so we were not sure what was wrong with it. David came out and spent 5 minutes putting the screws back in to the dishwasher so it would latch. He changed us $95 dollars. He did not even try to run the dishwasher. He did come later that day and fix our disposal for $250.00. When we moved back into the house we tried to run the dishwasher and it did not work. When I contacted David to have him come back he said it didn’t know there were any other problems with the dishwasher besides the latch. When I resent the original text message stating we didn’t know what was wrong with it because it would not latch, I was told he would have had to stay for an hour for it to run through the cycle and that was time he could use repairing someone else’s appliances. When I asked him how much he would charge to come back out he never answered me. I did not expect home to repair it with out paying him, but I did expect him to come diagnose it for the original 95$ service call. At this point I do not even want him to come look at or dishwasher and would not trust him to fix it. I would never use him again."

"Was very impressed at first with ability to come out same day to look at LG fridge, but was told it was not the compressor, and that if the issue wasn't fixed overnight by what he did, it was likely the motherboard. After he reset something and was very helpful while here, he left. The next morning I called to let him know it hadn't cooled down and got told he would look into a new motherboard and get back to me, I reached out several times and never heard back about getting one. We couldn't go much longer with no fridge so we ended up buying a brand new and found a board on eBay on our own to try and resell to help with the cost of the new one, swapped out the board and it didn't fix the problem. We just called a different repair guy who swapped the compressor immediately and said it had never been a board issue. So now we have bought a new fridge (unnecessarily) and paid 2 repair guys for only one of them to seem to have interest in helping us save money."

"We bought a combo washer and dryer. After paying around $800, the dryer wouldn't heat up. Unable to use it we had to pack up our truck again and take all our clothes and linen and take it to a laundry mat. We spent $80 more because we had a roach problem and didn't want to take it to our new apartment. Several days later they came out to repair it and showed up late. Now again it won't heat up and dry our clothes. We have not even had two whole months and didn't get much of any use out of it. We pretty much took a complete loss out of buying them here and now have to replace the dyer. Most likely we will replace both because I don't trust that the washer has much life left either. This is extremely frustrating."

"David talked to me on the phone for a few minutes to diagnose my fridge. I appreciated his expertise and honesty. After hearing the problem, he talked me through the best solution for our fridge, even though it meant going with the original warranty company rather than having his company out for the repair. I appreciate him taking the time to think through things with me on the phone for free, rather than charging me a diagnosis fee to do so in person."
