"We had Therm-Tech out to our house last winter because the furnace wasn't working correctly. The Technician showed up on time, quickly found the problem, talked to us about it and quoted a price. He picked up the part and returned the next day. He quickly fixed the problem. This summer, we contacted Therm-Tech again, now with the AC having issues. He found the problems with it and went over the problems and the cost. We decided we wanted to replace both systems since they were getting old and were starting to have problems.
